I view the "worth" of a culture by how it tries to prevent and stop suffering. We send aid money, our doctors, and medicine to places all over the world, and countries like Saudi Arabia that are swimming in money, are funding warlords and extremist groups. Saudi Arabia is a moral and intellectual vacuum. Our leaders praise Saudi Arabia while condemning Iran. Hypocrites.

Arabians were the original slave traders and practice slavery to this day. USA politicians and banks support Saudi Arabia for many different reason.

Guys guys, there is a big difference between Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Libya or Irak. Middle East is not all the same at all. You can't generalize everything like that. Some countries are very nice in fact. Much more generous to their people than America. Some others, like the two first, are very very repressive. Weirdly, the US support them....
