the molecular structure of the rock changes when cold conditions occur. the atoms pull farther apart and "rise" , if you will. This causes heightened friction on the rock therefore making climbing in the cold "perfect conditions". Especially on sandstone, since it has the characteristic of getting slimy in the heat.. On the video though, i wish this was in HD - either way awesome boulder. I've stared at it this problem many times and am always humbled every time I see it

@tisaacso3625 its Loskot and I've been wondering the same thing. I don't think I have seen him since Dosage 2. The guy is epic though.

@boxsterwelby its surprisingly much better conditions to climb in the cold, you get better grip for some reason, so that makes snow perfect conditions

great climb! Even better in the weather. I've heard a million climbers talk about climbing season or training indoor for outdoor climbing in the summer. These climbers show the real sport. They climb imposible climbs in freezing weather! This shows climbing is a real sport. wooooooow!
