Unexpected Pool Party in the Backyard- Miley Cyrus "Party in the USA"

This was a pool party set up by the apartment complex, Down Under, and we, as residents, were not aware of this party until the day of.. It was ridiculous.. hundreds of people and they took up all the parking spots. Let's just say, this lady was coming to visit and we ended up having to go somewhere else to meet because there were no parking spots. The traffic was outrageous too because of careless people. We weren't too happy.. All we heard for hours was horrible cussing and rap songs that were not "clean." Next thing we knew, Miley Cyrus's "Party in the USA" comes on and we're like "OMG, huh!?!?" So.. yeah. We aren't fans of Miley either, but it was shocking.
Additional Note: No one was in the pool and were crowded around it, that's why you can't see the pool. What is a pool party if no one is going to go in the pool.. like for real?!
