Basically perfect except for Wake Me Up When September Ends. It's not related to the album, it's about Billie Joe's dad dying (in September). I'm not interpreting this, I read an interview about it.

They need to make this in to a movie!!!! I've had the album for some years and I think that every time I listen to it.... It reminds me of the crazy adventure my life has been....

Billie Joe even came out and said that Wake Me Up When Sept. Ends has nothing to do with the rest of the album, it is a song about his mourning for his father, which makes sense because Green Day was coming up with new songs from late august to mid-sept. which is around the time Billie Joe's father died...
