Erm.. They're sardines. They're food. It's not like you're eating carpet tacks, broken glass or rotting seagull guts. What is it with the uploadings of people eating sardines? And they're NOT RAW. They're cooked in the can! As far as I know you just don't get raw fish in cans. It's always cooked and ready to eat. I really like sardines and canned mackerel is even better.
