It's a shame Dibiase never had a run as the champ. He was a natural heel and pretty solid in the ring. He should have won it at WM 5 instead of Hulk. I think back in 88-90 Savage (RIP) and Dibiase could of had one of the best feuds ever. Vince milked the Hulk cow for WAY too long.
