He said that Cromwell may have been a manic-depressive. I think most dictators, if not all, are. They are that, or suffer from Borderline P.D.-mood swings . And if they weren't before assuming power, they sure will be by the time they are powerless. And we wonder why history is full of wars&genocide. Its the leaders personalities. How they react. And their need to impose their will. What good is it to have power¬ use it. I could be wrong, but I doubt it. :D
