The most foolish farming investment i have ever laid eyes on. I helped build a barn to raise these birds and watched that farmer lose very penny he invested into it. Thanks Mr. Galbraith this is exactly what Canadian agriculture really needed.

Pigeon King turned out to a pyramid scheme, he sold pigeons to breeders, bought them back, and then used the pigeons to sell to more breeders, then they sold them back to him, and he sold them back to more breeders - aha! the catch was, there must be enough ppl wanting to breed them to the ones being produced - The Pigeon King filed for bankruptcy in 2008 i believe

The bad problem about that is that city pigeons are susceptible to catching and spreading all the same diseases as a rat. Obviously eating these specially bread birds is OK, but eating one from the street, not healthy.
