The government is seeking to deport two Vietnam Veterans, one of them a Bronze Star recipient. Manuel Valenzuela served in the US Marine Corps and fought in Vietnam, his older brother Valente Valenzuela served with the US Army Airborne and earned the Bronze Star.
In addition to the brothers, attorneys Dennis Hartley and Robert Barron are interviewed as is Tim Counts, via telephone, from US Citizenship and Immigration Services.
My thanks to Patrick Godfrey for his beautiful video and prompt and stylish editing.

  • Still the government is fucking over Vietnam vets. Deny medical for combat injuries, deny GI bill benefits, now they try to deny the their citizenship. Thanks Uncle Sam, we really appreciate how well you've kept your word to us. And homeland insecurity are the biggest bunch of morons to ever come down the pike.

  • Poor brothers! You don't deserve that. They should take it into consideration before making the last and final decision.

  • i dont give a shit if your mexican black or freekin yellow if your a marine your my brother and i would fight to the death for you

  • @betafrequency listen to the tape again...perhaps your hearing is affected by some bias, but. wait until your time comes. so many americans have had your thinking and it changes when the SYSTEM goes after friends or family unjustly. my dad, god rest his soul, thought the same and then a 70 years old they tried to put him in prison for 14 years after a life-time clean record...he was acquitted of all charges...but that was his wake up call.

  • Always thought if one parent is a US citizen, the children are automaticly citizens??? Homeland Security snd Immigrations are wrong on this!!! These are heroes ... WTF is wrong with this picture???

  • Pathetic. These brave men shouldnt have to worry about deportation. Come on.

  • i kjnow whats the problem with usa.they dont now what to do with black people, they cant do anything to them.and they try to take all that madness,on helples imigrants, who really broke the law ,for better life.for usa is not the problems imigrants, the problem is the black people,.who make 13%of population, and 90%of the crimes, they dont work, they use the goverment benfetis.blacks are the problem, imigrants are there just to work and suport their familis

  • so let me get this straight, the government refuses to stem the tide of illegals criminally coming in the country from Mexico, but they're willing to deport 2 American hero's back to Mexico?

  • arriesgar la vida por este pais y luego que te patien no es justo

  • Talk to US Military veterans men and women and Avoid pro war US military veteran organizations.
