This is a Third Class Geisha, with a Tatehyougo Hair Style. The study of true Paper Doll making also includes the study of Dress and Hair-style for the Time Period.
Koshimoto Low Ranking Ladys Maid. One can tell by the way the Obi or Kimono belt is tied. Looking from the back, We can see that the Obi is tied High on the Left and Low on the Right indicating their lower status.
Koshimoto High Ranking Ladys Maid. Her Obi (looking from the back) is tied High on the Right, and Low on the Left. Another indicator is the color and pattern of the Obi or Kimono Belt. More colors and more expensive. Maids service - Castle Officials Wives, like Samurais.
Bride Kimono - Bride Kimonos have changed very little over time. The ornaments that go with Bridal Kimonos are very specific in tradition. The Hat or Headdress is called Tsunokakushi. Modern Brides have the option not wear the the Headdress.

花魁（二番手の花魁）ーこの階級の花魁は、着物と帯が階級を表している。
花魁（三番手の花魁）ーたて兵庫と呼ばれる髪型です。本格的に和紙人形を学ぶことで時代によって、髪型や着物について学ぶことができます。
腰元（下級）ー大奥に使える女性達です。着物と帯の結び方で階級がわかります。後ろ姿を見た時に、結び目が左が上になり、右が下になっていた様です。
腰元（上級）ー大奥に使える女性達です。彼女の帯を見て下さい。結び目が右が上で左が下になっています。他の違いは、着物と帯の色や模様が鮮やかです。また、侍や大名の奥­方でもあります。
花嫁ー花嫁衣装は、昔からあまり変わっていません。伝統的で特徴があります。帽子のような物は、角隠しという物です。

@pokegoil Yes, kimonos would be worn by everyone regardless of gender. It literally means "thing to wear", and it was the basis of what everyone wore in ancient Japan, man or woman, geisha or samurai, etc. Anything else worn over a kimono were accessories.
