If the stick isn't to hurt the dogs than what exactly do you think it's for? Conducting an orchestra?! I've seen guard dog testing videos and it seems evident that they hit the dog to make sure it doesn't back down if pain is inflicted.

everyone raging about this there is nothing wrong with this clearly they are in some sort of military and train dogs and this is how they train dogs to attack on command and the stick isnt a real stick its for training dogs it like rattles when you hit the dog and it doesnt hurt them in any way.
