Motor Sport back at Crystal Palace May 2010

The newly re-introduced sprint in the wonderful park land setting of Crystal Palace saw some great competition in front of large crowds. 7 Ferraris entered, 2 front runners on 1b tyres a second or so ahead. Just 1/100 sec between the 355s. All on last run with rumours of oil on track and a car going off in front.

we run ordinary A1 tyres in our championship, although regs allow 1b's I think. You need to consult the club really for more detail, The regs are up already.

What tyres can a road going car run, Toyo R888, Hoosier R6/ A6 or full on slicks?

If you ran A6/R6 would that make you a modified road car?
