@supersanchez1991 The extreme has the ground effects and comes with different wheels from the factory, but is based off the LS. I think it even has the same ZQ8 suspension too.

hey bro let me ask you a question what is the difference between a s10 extreme and s10 LS? because i have a 2003 s10 ls, but it looks the same as yours, with the step sides and even the tail lights?
