that's already used via cellphones (burners), and anything else that uses microwave spectrum, to create stupid-only limited-neural-firing electromagnetic energy in the mind, ie - thoughts. it prevents coherent logical thinking, and also interfers with correct intuition by jumping to outcomes that have no connection to the previous thoughts. all artificial fields and chemicals contribute to that too.
