Mesbah Yazdi Mentor of Ahmadinejad : Sodomy and Rape OK for Dissidents
On August 11, 2009, Mesbh-Yazdi and Mahmood Ahmadinejad had a gathering by the Jamkaran site. They answered questions posed by their supporters. The following questions and answers were exchanged between Mesbah-Yazdi and some of his supports regarding the recent charges of rape and torture done to those arrested in the post-election unrest:
Q: Is obtaining confession by applying emotional and physical pressure valid?
A: Getting confession from any person who is against the Velayet-e-faghih (supreme leader) is valid under any condition.
Q: Is obtaining confession valid by drugging the prisoner with addictive substances, opiates, and other drugs?
A: Getting confession from any person who is against the Velayet-e-faghih (supreme leader) is valid under any condition.
Q: Can rape be used as a means of obtaining confession?
A.The necessary caution is for the interrogator to perform the Vozoo (the act of cleansing mandated by Islam before praying) first and say prayers while raping the prisoner. It is ok to rape through vagina or anus. It is better not to have a witness present. If it is a male prisoner, then its ok for someone else to watch while the rape is taking place.
Q: What if the female prisoner gets pregnant? Is the child considered illegitimate?
A: The child of any woman against the supreme leader is considered illegitimate with rape or through a legal marriage. However, if the child is raised by the jailer, then the child is considered a legitimate Shiia Muslim.
Q: Is rape of men and young boys considered sodomy?
A: No, because it is not consensual. Of course, if the prisoner is aroused, then caution must be taken not to repeat the rape.
Q: What is the reward for raping a virgin female prisoner?
A: If the prisoners punishment is execution, then the rape before execution brings the interrogator a spiritual reward equivalent to making the Haaj pilgrimage but if there is no execution planned then the reward would be as much as making a pilgrimage to Karbala.

Moses law "eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth" is invalid for christians.

Jesus teaching "Judge not, that you be not judged" is the main part of the gospel.

It was not the corruption of god's commandments as some muslims believe, but the correction und reconstruction returm to the origin in the beginning.

Islamic law of justice is the recorruption into man-made laws, the rejection and perversion of the gospel, the highway to hell.

Forgiving each other for suffering is the way to sin forgiveness from God. People who don't forgive but judge "eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth" are on the highway to hell (according sermon on the mount).

Moses law of justice was not a god's commandment, but a man-made law, which is mentioned in the 2nd and following books of Moses.

God's commandment about true justice is written in the FIRST book of Moses, NOT to judge a murderer but to protect him, that nobody can take vengeance.
