Where's the harness? If you fall off the roof.. sure you're insured. But the insurance company then comes after the home owner for Personal Liability. In the end, we the home owner pays. No one get's on my roof without being strapped in. Can't afford to loose my home and have the family living in a caravan all because the quote was "cheaper" due to the time saved by not having to strap in all the time.
