  • @eduardinho777 I have been practicing my splits for 2 hours and a half .. And I am really close to nailing them so.. The fast way takes u a whole day, If u put like a whole day practicing I think u could do it.. And thre's the slow way which would take u 4-7 days, If u practice 30mins each day for 4-7 days u could also do it like that !! Hope this helps

  • @joshsalter what do you want her to explain to you. you just have to keep doing the split lower everytime its not a trick it just takes practice i dont get how you got 41 likes you cant do it right away even if she explains for and hour sorry for my english

  • @RelativelyHostile1 im sure if you work hard at it, because i'm i guess average flexible girl and i tried every day for two weeks and every day i was closer to the ground then i was sitting. and i've seen a guy do a split before. its possible (:

  • can guys ever learn how to do splits if they are comletely inflexible to begin with?, e.g. i can hardly even touch my toes
