  • Watching this WINTER IN WARTIME movie right now. But i also did watch the EUROPA EUROPA and the recent IN DARKNESS movie. Both are based on true story of people during the WWII. Both are Amazing movies not to be missed to watch. Captivating and intense well made movies.

  • Best spy movie ever

  • Great war-time book if you're interested. It's called "The Great Waltz" by Olivia Grosser and it's about three youths who take on Hitler and Stalin - and win! I was thoroughly engrossed in it from beginning to end and at $2.99, what's not to like?. It was set during the WWII Siege of Leningrad and the imagery was really vivid.

  • LOL! " FU works" made this movie xD 0:13

  • The coldest war wasnt in holland it was in russian....

  • And no, it's not like Black Book. Just because these two films are bout The Netherlands during WW2 doesn't mean they are similar., This is a film based on a childrens book (well, about 10 years and up I'd say). I actually liked this film much better then the bombastic Black Book. It gives a much more subdued, emotional, quiet insight into the lives of ordinary Dutch people during the final bleak stretch of the war (known as the Winter of Hunger, 1944)

  • Great little film, based on the much-loved Dutch novel Oorlogswinter. Funny though to see a trailer of it "Hollywood-style" :-)

  • like this if you got this at redbox

  • This was a very interesting movie! I am glad that we watched it.
