I really liked this video, but the only thing I disagree with is the fact that this is to girls only. I know that the majority of people struggling with weight and the pressure to be "perfect" are girls but guys do this too.

Somatotype has nothing to do with being healthy. Health is based on a nutritious diet filled with raw foods, plenty of water and lots of exercise.
The image of beauty is distorted by media and it is disgusting.

@MyCatMaggie Wow, strong media brainwashing. It's interesting how you label anyone not overweight as "skinny", as if not being overweight is not normal. 100,000 years of evolution disputes this. "Skinny" people are normal. They outnumber overweight people significantly. They don't have body image issues. They overwhelmingly tend to be healthier whether you like it or not. Humans evolved in a smaller body type and that's why we find this "image" inherently attractive - ie hip/waist ratio.

So beautiful. You can talk about being healthy without talking about being fat. I do see my friends falling victim to this (although I'll be damned if I will let it happen to my daughter!)

I cried watching this. We're all beautiful, no matter what size!

the 7 people who disliked this video has no soul!!!!!
You're very wrong. A person does NOT need to be skinny to be healthy. A person can be bigger and healthy as long as they take care of themselves.
Body size has nothing to do with being healthy or unhealthy because a skinny person can be unhealthy. It all just depends on how well you take care of yourself.
