Strength is only a fraction of the total equation. What matters more is the explosiveness of your movement. If you can squat 300lbs, you still might not be able to dunk because you cant build the velocity required to bring your mass up x feet.

i can do 415 6 to 8 times n shape...but ur legs r prob shakin cuz u haven''t strecthed enuf or u r puttin to much weight on....u might just have to get used to it also....make sure u have proper form

i cud dunk before i lifted but barely... sqaut n leg press n plyometrics is all i do....
