we are a multigame clan, that means that we play a veraity of games and not just one. :)



The origins of WP dates back to 2001. It started during the Need for Speed High Stakes days. A racer by the name of Mark (aka..SPoT), was among many that were enjoying this great game. He decided to try VOIP during DKO races to help co-ordinate the cars and trucks. The idea paid off!!! The people that were using it, were ruling the streets! Because at the time, voice chatting was in its infancy stage.
So they had an advantage on their foes. SPoT decided to form a clan. He was a big fan of the WCW NWO Wolfpack. From this, WP was born. ShortCut was the first joining member. He joined just shortly after WP was in place. After a short period of time, he ventured off and formed the team that we all know. EAO. As he was leaving WP, Micky (aka..Timber) and Andy (aka..Tiny) joined WP. It was not long before others started joining. Around 2002, Mark started getting into Unreal Tounrament and tried to bring it into the clan. Andy got some webspace and created the original WP website. WP was off and running! Shortly afterwards, Mark left WP. He changed his name from SPoT to THeGAME and formed the team DX. WP started adopting other games such as Toca Race Driver and Counterstrike. Afterwards, Need for Speed Underground was adopted in 2003. Then Battlefield 2 followed in 2005.
Shortly afterwards, the original WP clan started to face issues within the clan. In 2006, the clan had dissolved. Members went off to adventure in other interests. Some stuck together and still wanted a clan. At this time, everyone did not know what to do or where to go. Joey (aka..Addict) made a starter forum for everyone. We all decided to keep Clan-Wolfpack (WP), because that is what we were and knew.
It was soon decided to press forward with starting up the new clan. With a little bit of help from Mark and Joey, Victor (aka..Rowdy) started building the website. After weeks of trial and error, everything was ready to be put together. Alot of frustration and misfortunes followed, trying to use "Free Web Hosting" sites. Mark noticed our rough endevours with the hosting and generously offered some of his webspace. He was respectfully declined for the reason of, us having to climb up from the ashes and do it on our own. At this time, Joey found some webspace.
So now we had a host. The website and forum was uploaded and tested for errors. Finally, we had a home of our own! After years or updating, experimenting, and hard work. We are pleased and proud to welcome you into our home. Enjoy your stay!! Original WP admins and leaders-at one time or another were SPoT, Timber, Tiny, Beo, Blood, DD, Archer, Spirit, Zed, Bandit, Shadow, Me, Slayer, Stoney, Shy, Rowdy, Kaz, Fire, and Wavy. This list might be short of being completely accurate or complete.

@MrGaky cool, not quite as old as the CWP I used to be part of but at least it's long established. The one I used to be on started up back when the Sega Megadrive first came out and progressed to PC once internet became widely available. Still on the go mainly playing WoW nowadays I left the clan in 2007.... Good job on keeping it going as long as you have, not many clans last longer than 5 years.. Seems CWP is a lucky name :P
