...Wait, just watched more of this vid...I learned in class last week that, when questioning a witness, you're supposed to AVOID leading questions, and try to let the witness recall from their own memories, rather than influence them with yes or no questions...

You need a magic braclet that lets you see when someone clenches their fist or swallows during their testimony. Then you'll be set.

Actually the best thing to do is 2 things
-Find contractidions
-If none,get facts or press the witness
-Present evidence
Lastly,watch the witness's body language...
