    -If none,get facts or press the witness

    -Present evidence

  • ...Wait, just watched more of this vid...I learned in class last week that, when questioning a witness, you're supposed to AVOID leading questions, and try to let the witness recall from their own memories, rather than influence them with yes or no questions...

  • You need a magic braclet that lets you see when someone clenches their fist or swallows during their testimony. Then you'll be set.

  • Here's the best thing I'd do as pertains to opening statements:

    "Everything that guy just said is bull-shit...... Thank you.".
