Minimize noise en pointe, Nutcracker casting in, ballet doggie

Robbie was tired at the end of the week and on new shoes but I thought this would be a great tip to share about minimizing noise. Also she did go off pointe for a while then back on after gaining strength. You'll see some foot bloopers for sure and at the end I have Robbie opening her Nutcracker letter to see what part she got and Cami the studio dog.

@misscupcake48 again, there is not a wooden box at the end of the shoe. Common misconception, but anyone that knows ballet knows the box is not made of wood.

when your coming down fom point try to go through demi point and pull up in your core to minimize the sound:D thats what my teacher also tells me

to help get the noise out of the shoes take them outside (on a dry day) and bang them on the concrete about 20 times each

you either tuck your waist in too much or you stick it out, so work on posture
