This was used for my speech class, To persuade them working out doesnt require weights, and can be quite easy.

Its circuit training - no rest inbetween exercises.
This was a full body workout. This circuit took me 8 minutes to complete so I just sped it up.

Hmm watched it over..looks like i made a gramatical error somewhere. Find WaldO!

  • Do this every single day. Along with those chair dips were you have two chairs and push your self up and down, then do pull ups, and jog. You'll look like one of those motherfuckers from 300.

  • hehe, this was awesome ^O^ you're good looking! a bit too muscular for my tastes, but still damn perfect. I'd try this but I may cut down some exercises because I dun wanna get too bulky ^O^
