2. Since 1968, Florida's Constitution has been amended 103 times.

3. The U.S. Constitution has been amended only 27 times in 217 years.

4. A spot on Florida's ballot can be purchased for $2 million and takes only 6 months of work.

5. Nearly 50 amendments have been filed for the 2008 ballot.

6. Of the 103 amendments to the Constitution, only 10 passed by more than 50% of the registered voters. (Pregnant pigs passed by only 28% of the state's registered voters).
