Haiti is not THAT bad. I mean I have family in Cap and I mean they are poor but not too much worse than my Dominican side. But the worse parts of Haiti are worst that the Dominican ones. I hope that something is done with issues like equality that's the problem with third world countries. Thinks have t turn around it could be worse but I hope not.

i moved to Montreal, i been living there since. And i hve got to tell yall i got no regrets. It`s been two years, and i already have my canadian resident card. Last month i went to Florida for a week, my cousin showed me a bill the us gov had sent me, a $5850.00 tax, lol, it`s was funny.

Yeah canada has a really good immigration laws they support the people that support there county unlike the USA the people here think that immgrates want to take but when really all they do is give. I never understood how the Mexicans (or any one) who works in the Farmers in the USA are taking from the county when they are helping put food on our table for next to nothing in pay. But i do believe in deporting people that are criminals.

Haitian American need to do what Dominican do,,invest in your own country,,my country economy was destroy after the 1965 civil war mass immigration left the country but we return, and our economy have grown since the 90, i know haitian, and they say, i am never going back there, i think you need to change you mindset....i am young Dominican and will invest in my country future

funny thing, Cuba has a higher rate of education and health care for every body than the US. but when the cubans come here they keep them and deport people with real problems... the hypocrisy that American government are cultivating. Don't you never wonder why they keep the mulatto/latino population slitely bigger than the blacks while turning every body against each other?
