Thanks so much!! Let me know how the recipe goes for you. As far as the reflection, I think it's "fun house" glass. Makes you look thinner than you are. Then again, maybe that really is me...and in WHITE. Who would have ever thought.

Yes i did and it reset the temp to 325 automatically. You will have to check to see if the chicken is done as it may take shorter or longer time in your oven.
