@glasair Symptoms of Alzheimer's , perhaps? My dad died recently and had Alzheimer's. I saw Glen in June 2010 at a casino and he was focused on his teleprompter most of the show. When introducing guys in the band, daughter Debbie did it. Don't laugh off Alzheimer's; it affects more than just the patient.

I saw Glen Campbell at a concert in England about 4 years ago, he's so magnificent as always. Long live Sir Glen!

A truly great American song. Timeless and still perfect, even today.

Glen: Come to Atlantic City and I'll be there. Came to see you at Garden State arena back in the 70's.....

He's still great....into his 70's and still hitting those high notes.....I love him!

I saw him in Anaheim in Aug, '09 and he did use a TelePrompter with the lyrics. He was not very conversational during the show, other than to keep repeating "it sure is great being here". He said it so often that somebody sitting near me laughed thinking it was a cute joke. At the end, he was fumbling with the names when introducing the guys in the band. All I can say is his recollection is not too sharp. His singing and playing, however, is still A++.

Glen has admitted having "problems" with his memory of late. Can't recall where on the web I read an interview where he said it, maybe my memory is bad too.

Is that Glen using Lyrics on a music stand to a song he has sung a million times? Oh say it isn't so. Age catches up to all of us. THIS MAN IS A LEGEND!
Check out the duel baritone - Glen solo at 1:48 into the clip. This was an amazing show!
