@Shintroy It's actually a stone, I've used a cut down paving slab, but they can be found commercially, search for baking stone. Thanks, B.

Dude - that is a GENIUS way of taking the dough off the table and inserting the pizza in the oven!! I LOVE IT! Thank you so much for posting this. I have wrecked so many pizza's trying to figure out how to get a large pizza off the peel because it usually sticks!
