US Doom Metal from Los Angeles, California. From 1985 "Hallow´s Victim"

Gods of true (!) Doom Metal. Never reached- not the Scott Reagers (who sings here), not the Wino, not the Christian Lindersson daze.
Good luck to Armando!

  • @satorres82 Give the guitar solos some time, I did not enjoy them at first but they really grew on me. I give him props for essentially pioneering his own style borrowing elements from Sabbath, Hendrix, and the Hardcore Punk of the day.

  • Thank god for youtube!!!

when i was 15 or so, i heard this song for the first time off of an SST compilation!!!

    just brings back good memories!!!

    that's all!!!!

  • @DoomMetalSludge FOR REAL

It's not about skill, but sound.

  • I rocked this tape a shit load when it came out, they still can belt it out today!Want the new album to come out to forge the METAL DOWN!

  • @viewer332 Ha, me and me buddy jammed this cut over and over....off the same compilation! I bet you had all the Metal Blade comps, didn't ya? Probably was a Relapse junkie later...am I right? ;)

  • Scott writes some of the best lyrics i've ever read in my life..

  • One of the best songs! reminiscing of Sabbath's Saint vitus dance!

    but damn awesome!

  • OMG I had that same sst compilation tape but me being a teenager I gave it away to this girl because she was hot of course she had a boyfriend I would kick myself if I could go back this is a good band with good memories

  • If this guy played better guitar this might actually be good. It's all power chords with some sub-standard solos. I think this was the worst band on SST. Not SWA.

  • @ncw70 Husker Du was included on the Program Annihilator compilation tape, it was a bonus from SST Records.

  • These guys bring back a lot of memories of my high school days. I just started listening to them, and man, they've only gotten better!
