Phishing, Vishing and Identity theft are growing problems for everyone. If you are unfortunate enough to actually have your identity stolen, it can be even harder to get it back.

The problem is also a problem for banks, with larger numbers of calls to customers not completing as people become more aware of the risks of passing authentication information over to someone who cannot authenticate themselves to them (due in part to data protection laws).

Authenticall is a way to allow both parties on a call (individuals, businesses and regulated entities) to know with certainty who they are communicating with. It is much more secure than CLI (number identification), which can be spoofed or calling back on a number given to you by the caller.

Authenticall is a secure anti-vishing platform and uses PINsafeTM technology: a PIN that is never typed or divulged directly. This makes it very hard to steal and even if it was stolen the system "fails safe" alerting you to the fact immediately.

We do this through PC and mobile phone software; with a fall back solution that allows everything to be done on any phone (IP, Mobile or Landline) by voice and key pad without software.

Authenticall works with any phone, but users must register for the service with an company (e.g. bank) who's bought the service. For a better user experience PC and Mobile Apps are available.
