  • Does whole milk or a higher fat content work better?

  • @TakronRust yes. it will also be a much denser consistency

  • what if i put a small amount of starch on the milk to make the plastic more flexible and not brittle.will it work?...pls tell me!!!

  • @sSyreNe21 id imagine. starch is a thickener so im sure it would

  • didnt work for me , instead I had like millions of tiny milk pieces n what the hell man that smells like a burp of a dead baby

  • @Wintendows you gotta heat the milk up good. and stir as you add vinegar. were you using skim milk? whole milk or 1% is the best

  • We Made That In School

  • This stuff is cheese you derp

  • this guy must be a moron cus this is how you make simple cheese's including mozzarella

  • it's cheese

  • This is the curd of milk made with pastuerized milk. It's the basics of cheese.

  • So how do you figure it's plastic? It's cheese.

  • and people drink that?

  • *its kinda like plastic* ITS NOTHING LIKE PLASTIC!

  • Indian food, has a cheese called "Paneer", and that's how it's made. It actually taste good because the curd doesn't retain the vinegar flavor... it was in the left over liquid... but anyway if you strain the curd enough, form it into a ball... then salt the outside.... and bake it. its used as a replacement of chicken in a lot of dishes... same concept as tofu.

  • Thanks for this my primary school teacher wife wanted to show the kids how to do it.

    Great video
