@schme1440 it doesn't necessarily need to be low, the joint just needs to be rotated enough so that the inside part of the joint is perpendicular to the floor, ie. vertical. This is a strong position biomechanically. Watch any of the top archers; vertical bow elbows.

its simple its where the bow applies pressure to your wrist at the fingers are way forward of your wrist while a wrist strap will give you the ability to keep your bow hand in the dame position throughout the shot. using a wrist strap on your bow hand will also allow you to correct you wrist pop because there is no reason your wrist should pop at all

That is the natural reaction from the bow. Apart from some small things my technique looks similar to most top shooters.

Yes but its not as easy as it sounds.

a way to fix it is to go to a old fashion wrist loop on your bow hand and not hook anything to your fingers

I dont see how that would stop the lurching you described. Surely the sling would not matter if its an issue with bow hand force?

ok i dont know if any one picked this up your form is great until the release and its in your bow hand for some reason your wrist on your bow hand is lurching unnaturally like forced more than the bow could do. (i was thinking this was just from the position of your wrist strap on your bow drawing your wrist down like that but i took the very last shot in the video which is in slow motion and slowed it down more you are forcing your wrist down before the arrow clears the bow take a look and see)

I have never noticed that before. I do not mean to do it. It is just the natural reaction to me loosing the string. I will have to investigate this at my next training session.
