OMG ... I have one in rosewood which is a treasured part of my collection. No wonder the finished product is so good when the construction is so painstakingly professional. I actually have 3 Eastmans and they are all excellent.

how were they trained?! O.O I own a Eastman mando here. Have to say the craftmanship is top notch.

They are wood workers by trade and then they train for about a year in the factory before they start production.
