A 40minute video tutorial, explaining how to go from a normal photograph with normal hair, to a blazing world of fire.

The video is 1200×900 resolution, so you can see everything that's going on (preview is widescreen) clearly.

Through this 40 minute video tutorial, I'll take you from a normal photograph, to a fantastic blazing result. Not only are we adding fire, but also keeping part of the original detail in the hair, for a truly unique look! Video is explained in enough detail, that even fairly new people to Photoshop (as long as they know the very basics) should be able to follow it, if they just concentrate a bit.

You also get the same PSD file that I worked on in the tutorial, so you can see exactly what goes on, follow along, or make it yourself! (note: download file is watermarked on the body, and slightly lower resolution)
The following topics are covered: Masking our the hair. Quick Selection Tool and Mask Edge Tool. Colour Correction. Adding fire. Channel Selection. Warp Tool. Liquify Tool. Puppet Warp Tool. And more!

  • @ericzum no shit :P

  • This video is an advertisement.

  • @andicastle I don't worry much :) I make a lot of money selling high-quality tutorials, so I won't worry about a little like/dislike bar on YouTube :)

Also, you can see the end result without the blur at the end of the video. Quite obviously I wouldn't show how to actually do everything clear in the video - then it wouldn't be a preview, but just a sped up version of the tutorial, leaving the actual tutorial sort of a moot point.

  • @TokyoZeplin I didn't come on here to pick a fight with you. But since you don't seem to notice you have more dislikes than likes then I will explain it a little clearer... Maybe it is only 20 percent but it is in the middle of the tutorial you can't make out what is going on. I am not going to buy something I can't even see. I am just making the point that maybe you should rethink it so more people can "like" it. Sorry if you don't understand that.

  • @andicastle only around 20% of the screen is blurred. If you can't see "anything", the problem is on your end.

  • @TokyoZeplin My point is that you can't see ANYTHING, so you are not even previewing. Because you can't view it.

  • @andicastle this is called a preview. You can buy the full tutorial by following the link in the description.

  • You can't see anything! What is the point in this?
