Check the sex offender registry in your state - they ARE ALL legitimate sex offenders - attempting sexual encounters with minors and rape. There is a difference between indecent exposure and intent to have sex with a minor!

How can she say that the cops that SAVED this girl gave inaccurate reports!!? Cops see people everyday and pick up on weirdos because of practiced instinct. So the girls didn't look comfortable in a place they were not use to (the university). Lot's of people are shy around strangers. In this case it worked out for them but a lot of children are not so lucky. Many children end up being medicated for mental illness simply because authority figures panic and think they are having emotional problems simply because they are shy around strangers.
