old cartoons make me cry thinking of it but to me they never get old! I grew up on this cartoons not the modern ones but the old times of johnny bravo, the flintstones and now what? NOW they have this Family Guy shit thats more insulting, racist, discriminating than it is funnier.

@barudzija7 Oh and to name some good modern cartoons; Young Justice, Generator Rex, Sym-Bionic Titan, Regular Show, The Amazing World of Gumball, and, I haven't watched this one, Phineas and Ferb. I won't mention Adventure Time, since you already did. Of course, there's also early 00's cartoons like Samurai Jack. Of course, you can argue that none of the ones listed are good, but as you said, it's a matter of opinion.

@barudzija7 Yes, I'm pointing out that not everything from the 90s was gold. I mean, the 90s didn't have some magic aura that amplified creativity.
The only reason stuff from the past seems so much better is because the stuff we focus on is what survived the test of time. There are many cartoons that died a long with the nineties and were long since forgotten.

@barudzija7 You're assuming that all cartoons are "generic drawings and some crap story." The only reason cartoons today "suck" is because you're not even giving them a chance. But sure, fuck shows that actually try something new; we should rehash what was good in the past.
You know, there was a lot of shit in the past too. Ever hear of Captain Planet? We only remember the good shows of the 90s because they survived the test of time. As a 90s kid, I can say we had a lot of crap.
