I just watched this with my wife last night, on Netflix... I can't believe films like this don't make it to a wider audience in theaters. Many people are missing out on a great story being told in an emotionally elegant manner. Just picked up the Blu-Ray bundle as my way to say "Thank you" for adding 2 hours of enjoyment to my life...and for the autograph! :)

So let me get this right. Someone made this on a 250k budget and managed to provide far better visuals, a better story and a better presentation than most 25m+ wide release movies? There's just something fundamentally wrong with that.

Very good movie, go watch it. The trailer doesn't do it justice.

I hated donnie darko for my own personal reasons, so I am a bit biased to watch this one since I have read many comments stating it's like donnie darko. Should I give it a watch even though I didn't enjoy DD?

This movie is now one of my favorites... I loved it! It kinda reminds me of Guillermo Del Toro's films. He is also very creative.
