If you are banned forever from youtube, get a program that hides your computers IP address. You can use a proxy server. Use a different e-mail address also.

Forever...I'm sorry, but you won't be getting your account back. I got suspended too (two of my videos infringed copyright) and wrote to YT. The answer I got was that I had been banned from YT and that I was not allowed to open other accounts.
