cheers mate i have this and i just used its default settings and it all worked well its mp4 in my folder all my films but i recently tried to put a dvd on and it would rip it and go into my libary but when i play it it wouldnt let me so ill try this and hopefully it should work :) oh adn by the way my ripping takes like 30 mins to an hour :)

what program can burn the dvd to another disk well
and why does it have to be AVI? (why can't it be vob?)

where can i download AVI video's?

well i tried to open it with realplayer and it says that my realplayer isnt good enough and i cant upgrade it cuz i dnt haf the permission so i try and open it with WMM and the picture wont come up

Because AVI is like a movie file and stuff and thats what u want a movie :D
