  • @waoOoma organic milk is still milk and often they are pasteurized (good contents are over heated). Non-organic milk may contain pesticides and hormones, so even worse

  • This is the truth: Americans need to stop eating...serious thats the best health advice. They eat like pigs and behaviour like pigs. STOP eating! Small portions please.

  • some humans need milk ie the arabs in the desert sub saharan africans aborigines mongols mountain people

  • some races are lactose tolerant others less depends what part of the world your from
