This is a restorative supportive backbend and hip opener with blocks. I can't say that this is an easy restorative pose as it does require your hips, knees and thighs to be sufficiently open in order to recline. If you are comfortable in virasana (hero pose) then this is a great supportive backbend to practice.
It's one of my favorites.
