Great video. I love Marja & JG! I've been playing around with my own version. I'm really concerned with additives. The split mung beans here are coated in something yellow, that I try to rinse off. So I tried yellow split peas in place of the mung beans. Can't call it Bindaettuk but it's hard to taste the difference. I soak & ground then add sweet rice flour to my mix. I leave it plain and add kimchi, pork, whatever after adding the batter to the pan. This way kids don't get too much heat.
