@cardshark87 The solid state drive is obviously better. Just use the solid state drive for applications and system files and use an external hard drive for your files and backup

Nice, I was thinking about getting a Macbook pro but I wanted the iMac 27" screen... So I could just buy a macbook pro and buy a 27" screen with 1440p and plug 2 wires in and I'm done? And then when I want to take the macbook with me I just unplug the wires and I'm good to go?

Click on the 2.8 model, and then you can customize it to 3.06 GHz.

hows the 500gb with 7200rpm, is it better than the 256gb solid state? cause the solid state is fucking 540$ more.
