You're right - he would rip you to shreds! That was very aggressive behavior. I hope Skipper and Ginger don't get any ideas and Skipper get like that! But I don't think that happens if they are pets and bond with humans. I still have a lot to learn.

@hunnixox13 Yes, they are a very bonded couple and work together well when raising a family. I saw them mating this week so I suspect we will have eggs coming soon.

I'm glad you see the bump. Jeze started out just like that. :-)
I don't see the bump on most momma birds because most moms stay in the nest box a few days b4 they start laying. Shasta wants to spend as much time frolicking w/ Bozo before she starts sitting on her eggs..... so I see her bump.
