Incredible. Herb Stemple testifies every day for the Transit Authority. Can you imagine. A proven liar have the audacity to make a living by testifying under oath.
No one thought a thing about it. It's business as usual

In his older age, Stempel now looks like he's part Japanese.

@spagandtuna did you know that charles van doran did speak out, in new york magazine the july 28, 2008 issue
There's an interview with Albert Freedman here on youtube. It's been a while since I've watched it and I didn't have my full attention on the video, but he does mention something about Stemple losing the money. And he doesn't like Stemple. Also, it seems surreal, but he defended the practice of fixing game shows. IMO, Freedman wasn't likeable or trustworthy; Herb seems like a nicer and decent guy. Freedman was played by Hank Azaria in the movie, Quiz Show.

Right away Herb Stempel is everything I expected him to be; a smart man with a pride for knowledge. While some say he's just a know-it-all, he doesn't act like that for sure. Regarding his first encounter w/Enright, Herb seemed to know what was going on but didn't oppose it & let Enright walk all over him. The expanations made for how Twenty-One works may seem a bit fruitless since most of us already know how it work; but for archival purposes she had to ask. Good interview w/ good questions.
