@LoDiSKuNGenN I know the video is outdated. The new game is due to come out in a month. The amount of hate i get on this video, it beats me why i havent either disabled comments or just removed the video. You need to charge for a little big by holding the RS in before rotating. Though this does drain your stamina. Best way to do it online. Is attempt the submission and make the oponent waste all their stamina trying to stop it THEN charge it. They will have nothing to defend it with.
