I've no idea who wrote this beautiful tune, nor where it comes from. I found it on the net a couple of nights ago.
If anyone knows the origin of the tune, I'd be delighted to hear and give the composer credit.

  • What a wonderful tune, and beautifully arranged as always.

  • Thanks Bill, I've still not found out where it came from LOL

  • Sorry I can't help with the origin, but wherever it came from, it's beautiful

  • Thanks Lachy

  • Graham, you are so dam good and the tune is much similar to Nozee's plaing, if you know her - an elder lovely accordionlady!

Have a nice day and thanks.

  • Thanks for the nice remarks

  • Reminds me of " She wears my ring". and.....La Golondrina.

  • the silver sands of Morar are on the north west coast of Scotland - I danced to this tune as a young girl back in the 60's - no idea who wrote it though

  • Thanks a lot, wish I knew where it came from though

  • The music and photo's offer a feeling of presence. Nicely done.
