Silver sands

I've no idea who wrote this beautiful tune, nor where it comes from. I found it on the net a couple of nights ago.
If anyone knows the origin of the tune, I'd be delighted to hear and give the composer credit.

the silver sands of Morar are on the north west coast of Scotland - I danced to this tune as a young girl back in the 60's - no idea who wrote it though
