No no. Dragon Lady is to Asians as "Sapphire" is to Black women. Sapphire is a stereotype of the angry black woman who constantly nags and berates her black male counterpart.It depicts that black women have attitude and are really mean.

LOL. As an Asian American woman, I prefer to be seen as a powerful, mischievous "Dragon Lady" than a submissive weak "Geisha." All in all, I think stereotypes are degrading and shows the ignorance of those who perpetuate them.
