I never really understood learning disabilities, because I grew up loving to read and write. My BFF on the other hand, has a learning disability (not dyslexia, but she does have one.) Recently I've been learning a lot about dyslexia because I think it's very important to understand how different people perceive different things. It doesn't make you any better, but it just shows that everyone is unique and intelligent in their own way.

Thank you for opening up about your Learning Disabilities. I believe there's a desperate need to raise awareness about LD. There are so many misconceptions out there.
